SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

We currently charge a flat rate shipping fee for standard and express delivery orders within Australia.

  • Standard Shipping: $10.00 AUD
  • Express Shipping: $15.00 AUD

Free standard shipping applies on all orders over $80.00 AUD.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Australia

All orders are shipped via Australia Post with a lead time of:

Standard Delivery (2-8 business days)
Express Delivery (1-4 business days)
  • All orders are sent via courier and are fully trackable.
  • It is suggested you provide a delivery address where a person will be available to accept your delivery between 9-5pm. Otherwise your parcel will be re-directed to the nearest post office / depot for collection.
  • For delivery to some rural and semi rural areas Australia Post has restricted delivery operations and no capability to deliver with signature.
  • Delivery to WA, TAS, NT and regional areas may take up to 7 business days.
  • Delivery during peak periods such as Public Holidays, Christmas and promotional periods can experience longer delivery times.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently do not offer international shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O boxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date of delivery.

For the fastest delivery option we encourage customers to select Express Shipping at checkout on eligible orders, and your order will be prioritised for delivery by Australia Post.

Requests for change of address must be made directly with LOVE ROSE via our customer care email prior to your order being shipped.
